Technical specifications
First : the body of the box
- The body of the box consists of 10 cm thick sandwich panel walls and ceilings, coated on both sides with fiberglass, injected with polyurethane with a density of 40 kg/m3.
- The floor, ceiling, as well as the sides are one-piece, as the dimensions of the fiberglass make it possible to produce each side from one piece, unlike if the box is produced from painted galvanized sheet.
- The box is assembled by means of very rigid absorbent materials, as well as aluminum inner and outer corners.
- The box is provided with appropriate internal and external lighting.
- The box is fixed to the car by fixing the floor, the floor is reinforced with metal supports that are securely attached to the chassis of the car.
Second: aRazia
- The floor is of the same quality as the walls, but the inner layer is made of reinforced Appalachian 12 mm thick, then with a layer of fiberglass as shown in photo No. 1.there are other alternatives, but the value varies depending on the choice.
Third: aConcierge
- The box is equipped with a double rear door, the door thickness is 10 cm, a double-sided fiberglass envelope, and equipped with a rubber to prevent temperature leakage.
- The doors are mounted with high-quality homemade stainless steel hinges and handles, these accessories are installed in pre-selected places where metal supports are installed behind them to ensure their quality and heavy-duty durability.
- A shackle is also installed in the sides of the box to hold the rear ribs during loading so as not to impede the movement of loading and unloading goods to and from the box.
Fourth: refrigeration unit
- Cooling and freezing units operate on the car's motor and an external power source.
- The temperature of the unit inside the box reaches +2° in case of cooling and -18° in case of freezing.
- A device for monitoring and controlling the temperature is installed inside the cabin.
- Supports are installed in the chest of the box to ensure secure installation of the unit.
- We have Korean and European units available.
