Refrigeration and freezing rooms
First: walls and ceilings :
The walls and ceilings of the sandwich panel are supplied and installed with a thickness of 10 cm.the sandwich panel consists of galvanized sheet and greased on both sides, between which the insulating material is polyurethane injected with a density of 40 kg/ m3, and the thickness of the sheet is 0.5 mm. the sandwich panel panels are assembled in a lover and adored way, and the sheet is coated on both sides with plastic to protect against scratches.
Second: the floor :
The floor is traditionally insulated as follows :
• A layer of bitumen paint.
• A layer of moisture-insulating anisomes with a thickness of 4 mm.
• The number of 2 layers of polystyrene, the thickness of one layer is 5cm.
• A layer of polyethylene.
• A layer of sornaga tiles 9 mm thick ( Italian ).
Third: the doors :
The supply and installation of hinged or sliding doors is carried out according to the desire and needs of the client, the design of the rooms and the method of loading..
Specifications of sliding doors
* The door is coated from the inside and from the outside with fiberglass.
* The dimensions of the door leaf are 2.50 x 2.50.
* The door is insulated with polyurethane with a thickness of 10 cm .
* The door is equipped with complete accessories of the Italian brand MTH.
* The door is equipped with Italian rubber MTH brand resistant to low temperatures .
* The door is equipped with a layer of aluminum thanks to a 2 mm thick plate for shock prevention
Specifications of hinged doors
• The door is made of sandwich panel with a thickness of 10 cm.
• Sheathed on both sides with greased galvanized sheet 0.5 mm thick.
• Polyurethane insulation has a density of 40 kg / m3.
• The accessory is imported.
• The dimensions of the flap are 90 * 190 cm .
Fourth : freezing units: European industry freezing units are supplied and installed with the supply of all refrigeration, Electricity, Control Panel, cables and pipes.
